EG MainManager’s Document Management solution helps organisations keep full control of all documentation linked to properties, projects and operations. The module allows users to connect documents directly to buildings, floors, rooms, outdoor areas or other system objects, ensuring that critical information is always available in the right context. With advanced version control, structured storage, flexible access management and smart search functions, it supports both daily operations and long-term governance. Document management
The Document Management module allows users to link documents to locations and projects, and to structure them using a clear two-level classification. Access can be controlled through location groups to ensure the right users see the right information. Documentation can also be accessed through the EG MainManager app via work orders, supporting teams working in the field.
Users benefit from smart version control, the ability to request document reviews, efficient search functionality and simple upload/download to and from Google Drive. Documents can even be sent directly into EG MainManager via email, making everyday handling faster and more intuitive.
The system also supports creation and management of Quality Manuals. Customers can create and upload their manuals, control access, track different versions and automatically share updates, ensuring that quality documentation remains consistent, current and easily available.
