EG MainManager supports efficient management of service agreements by turning industry standards and best practices into clear, structured workflows. Tasks can be created based on predefined requirements, supported by standard templates for operating statements and simple operational planning. Both general and asset-specific maintenance tasks can be scheduled and executed directly via app or web, with checklists and questionnaires ensuring quality and documentation. The solution also supports termination handling, smooth communication between users, supervisors and managers, and secure access for external suppliers, making collaboration easy and transparent.

Preventive maintenance

EG MainManager’s operation and maintenance module simplifies the creation and management of preventive maintenance plans based on inspections, safety needs, regulations and condition assessments. Data from the app, Excel and the web platform is collected to prioritise actions and create multi-year plans, typically 5 to 10 years ahead. When preparing the annual plan, both long-term and yearly tasks are included, giving administrators a clear overview, control of approvals and the option to integrate budgeting with the financial system. Annual planning becomes easier, with tools for issuing work orders, allocating labour, monitoring budgets and assessing asset condition.

Mobile operation and maintenance

The EG MainManager app gives users everything they need directly on their mobile, making daily operation and maintenance work faster and more efficient. Users can collaborate in real time, register tasks, receive work orders with checklists, access documents, view GIS maps and 2D drawings, record time and material usage, complete questionnaires and close orders on the go. The app also supports QR codes for quick reporting and provides secure access for external suppliers, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
