The module provides a clear and simple overview of progress, costs, history, status, work orders, deadlines and suppliers. Projects run through predefined phases from creation to approval, and these phases and parameters can be customised. The system also calculates widely used project management indicators such as Earned Value (EV), Cost Variation (CV), Schedule Deviations (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Planning Performance Index (SPI), helping users measure performance and stay in control.
