Prerequisites

Familiarity with group structure and registration of healthcare personnel in CheckWare, as well as knowledge of workflows and treatment processes at your own workplace, is an advantage. The course is intended for those responsible for extracting data from CheckWare and subsequently presenting it internally and externally.

Course content

The course covers three main areas: extraction of administrative data such as respondents, therapists, group structures, and login sessions; extraction of aggregated data related to assessments, plans, and treatments; and setup of custom export templates using consent for filtering. You will also get an overview of how data can be exported as CSV and SPSS files, along with practical examples of further processing in Excel and SPSS.
