What’s New and Improved
Tasks: Recurring Tasks
Weekly and monthly recurrences. Set tasks to repeat on selected weekdays (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday) or patterns such as the first Wednesday of the month.
Why it matters: Less calendar admin and fewer missed deadlines for ongoing routines (HSE rounds, management reviews, maintenance, etc.).
Documents: Read Acknowledgements, Reviews, Classification & QR
Bulk read acknowledgements. Request acknowledgements for multiple documents in a single action.
Improved traceability. The document version ID is now visible in the acknowledgement list.
Flexible recipients. Send to a department, then exclude specific people before sending.
Review workflow enhancements.
Reminder rules notify reviewers when a deadline is exceeded.
Quick “OK” button for reviewers.
The review deadline is included in notification emails.
Classification. Tag documents as Public, Internal, Restricted, or Confidential.
QR codes for folders. Generate a QR code from the left-hand context menu or via More options (three dots) when a folder is selected.
Why it matters: Faster distribution, clearer audit trails, better information governance, and easier sharing from notice boards, shop floors and mobile devices.
Data & Reports: Labels and Maximum Targets
Labels for data filters and reports. Add labels to improve findability and filtering.
Maximum targets in reports. Define an upper limit/threshold; bar charts visually flag values that exceed it.
Why it matters: Quicker analysis and clearer exception handling directly in your visuals.
Notice Board
New design for all users. A cleaner, more accessible interface.
Why it matters: Better readability and faster publishing to end users.
Customers & Suppliers
Multiple departments per entity. Link more than one department to each customer or supplier.
Why it matters: More precise targeting for distributions, acknowledgements, and reviews.
User Groups
Restricted groups. Mark a group as restricted so only the owner or members can make changes.
Why it matters: Stronger access control in operational workflows.
Incidents & Public Forms
Pre-filled incident creation via link. Create new incidents with properties pre-populated via URL parameters (type, category, location, etc.).
Public incident form. Request a demo or order a setup that lets people without login submit incidents via link or QR code.
Why it matters: Lower reporting threshold and faster first-line quality.
Projects & Tasks (Button Widget)
New action buttons. Add custom actions to the Button widget.
Documents on projects—directly.
Create a project document from the Button widget (mirrors the option on the Task dashboard).
Add a document to a parent project with a relationship.
Browse folders and require a folder when needed.
Why it matters: Less context-switching and a tighter link between tasks and project content.
Compliance
Cleaner “Compliance Responses Overview”. Filter to show/hide item, heading, and chapter types. Save as default, base, or visible filter in the widget configuration.
Why it matters: Streamlined views for internal and external audits.
HR / Employees
Next-of-kin field. New field for next-of-kin (emergency contact) name in the employee form.
Why it matters: Improved preparedness and HR documentation.
