heiQ – Health Education Impact Questionnaire

Version 2.0 of the heiQ - Health Education Impact Questionnaire is now available in EG CheckWare's assessment library. The questionnaire is used for a thorough evaluation of patient education programs, applicable to a wide range of chronic conditions.

The questionnaire requires registration.
