Together with Helse Vest IKT, we at EG CheckWare have developed and launched an integration with Helsenorge, where information about tasks (forms) in EG CheckWare can be notified via helsenorge.no. This is a highly requested integration, and we are ready to assist more of our customers in setting this up.
In short, citizens marked as digitally active on helsenorge.no will now be able to receive notifications and reminders via Helsenorge about forms and assessments that need to be submitted.
After logging in to helsenorge.no, they are redirected to EG CheckWare’s Respondent Portal for completion and submission of assigned assessments.
Health personnel can, as usual, assign new assessments in EG CheckWare for a respondent, and if the respondent is marked as digitally active in Helsenorge, the option to notify via helsenorge.no will appear.
In Helsenorge, the respondent will find a task called “Form ready for completion” or similar, and within the task a button that says “Go to form.” By selecting the button, the respondent is sent to EG CheckWare’s Respondent Portal, without the need for additional login (Single Sign-On), and lands directly in the assessment to be completed. After submitting the form, the respondent has normal access to the content in their Respondent Portal.
