A new era in EG CheckWare

EG CheckWare has a new owner, enabling us to increase capacity and strengthen expertise to support existing customers while taking the company to new heights internationally. We continue to deliver impressive growth and are proud to have been named a Gaselle by Dagens Næringsliv for the third consecutive year. This underscores our unique position, as only two percent of Norwegian companies qualify for this distinction.

We view our integration into the solid Danish software company EG positively and also see it as recognition of our work developing sustainable digital health services together with our customers. Although we have a new owner, our focus remains unchanged on responsible operations, aiming for satisfied customers, happy colleagues, and profitable growth. There is no doubt that Norway holds a leading role in health technology, and we look forward to taking EG CheckWare further internationally.

The use of demand-driven outpatient clinics is increasing, and many patients report their health status digitally. Our customers are digitizing health services one by one and are happy to share these with other customers.

We want to build on the culture of sharing, where our customers can inspire each other and save time by implementing the same or similar services. We are happy to showcase the health services in the EG CheckWare Health Service Library so that more can get an overview of the digital health services available. Over 9 million assessments have now been completed in EG CheckWare for more than 675,000 patients.

Globally, digitization of health services is crucial for quality of life and better access to treatment. Patient involvement increases treatment quality, while healthcare professionals simultaneously receive better and faster decision support. EG CheckWare has an innovative approach to digitizing patient pathways in mental and somatic health. We look forward to contributing to the availability of these solutions in the Nordic region in the years to come.

Product-wise, we have released two major versions this year, with another coming after the new year. Our customers are great at providing improvement suggestions, and we welcome that. In EG CheckWare Helium version 4, we therefore have a strong focus on better support for handling large patient volumes, while consistently improving the user interface. The product has become even more self-service, making it easier to customize the user interface and content to meet customer needs.

We are proud that in 2023 we have been environmentally certified under ISO-14001, received the MDR mark (Medical Device Regulations), comply with ISO-13485 standards, and have been re-certified for information security through ISO-27001.

The EG CheckWare Conference 2023 at Britannia in Trondheim was once again a success. To give even more people the opportunity to attend, the CheckWare Conference next year will be held on October 23 and 24 at Gardermoen. We welcome everyone there!
