The report:
The diagnosis code for disorder F32.9 in the "Diagnostic Summary Sheet" has been corrected from "Unspecified bipolar affective disorder" to "Unspecified depressive episode." This correction applies only to the description in the report and does not affect any results or calculations. To identify reports generated with the previous error, please review entries where DMD-DD-F329-PAST=1 or D MD-DD-F329-CURR=1.
