EG CheckWare for PsykBase is a customized solution used by clinical practices within psychiatry and psychology. Through PsykBase Online, the clinician has access to an interface that allows assessments to be issued in EG CheckWare via the medical records system.
Assessment reports from completed assessments naturally return to the journal system. The solution includes defined access roles, as well as pre-installed assessments and plans. EG CheckWare for PsykBase requires minimal training and is set up to make it easy for both clinician and patient to benefit from using EG CheckWare.
The general usage flow of EG CheckWare for PsykBase can be explained with the following 4 steps:
The clinician selects the assessment the patient is to complete.
The patient receives an SMS with a link to the assessment.
The patient completes the questionnaire via EG CheckWare on their own device.
The clinician has access to the scoring report in PsykBase.
In the updated version of the solution, clinicians now also have access to interview forms that are to be answered only by the clinician, such as MINI 7.0.2 and SCID-5-KV. The clinician must log into EG CheckWare to complete these. The scoring report is transferred to PsykBase in the same way as the reports for the forms completed by the patient.
If needed, assistance can be provided to patients in completing assessments, or paper-based forms can be retrospectively entered.
