Patients gain access to an electronic questionnaire through ID-porten (BankID) on a smartphone, tablet, or PC. The form is completed before the first consultation or the day after a day surgical procedure, and responses are continuously saved in the system. Once the form is submitted, healthcare personnel have access to the information before the planned appointment or after the procedure. By using digital self-registration, healthcare professionals can gain early insight into the patient's health status, which can contribute to better preparation and customization of treatment.
