VAFA – Form for assessment of aggressive and dangerous behavior

Version 1.0 of VAFA - Form for the assessment of aggressive and dangerous behavior is now available in EG CheckWare's assessment library. The form is used to measure the likelihood that a patient will exhibit aggressive behavior within the next 6-12 months.
