Ojarannan Rakennus is a medium-sized construction company founded in 1996, operating in the regions of Southwest Finland and Uusimaa. The company uses the Zeroni software to manage access control, TR safety inspections, inductions, and site diaries.

In particular, electronic access control has made supervision much easier. Paperwork has been significantly reduced, as Zeroni automatically processes and forwards the necessary information.
This results in clear savings in both time and cost.
– Previously, we had to record everything on paper and then scan it. Now, the software automatically collects and sends information to the tax authorities, including data from other systems we use, Hilakari says.
– Zeroni doesn’t include unnecessary features—only the ones we actually need, he adds.
Customer-focused service
Zeroni Oy’s way of working also receives praise. For example, they organise a development forum twice a year, where construction companies can share ideas that help shape the future development of the platform.
– The service has been very customer-focused. Feedback from the development forums is clearly reflected in ongoing improvements. Whenever we’ve encountered issues, support has been quick and helpful, Hilakari notes.
