QoL5 – 5-item Quality of Life questionnaire

The previous version of QoL5 was based on an unofficial translation. Therefore, in version 3.0, the wording of the questions and response options has been adjusted to match the official Norwegian version, to ensure compatibility with other assessments in the QoL battery.
