EG delivers 11.5% growth and puts AI to work for 47,000 customers

More than 10 million people in the Nordics use EG software every day – and in 2025, 5,000 new companies joined as EG customers. With 47,000 customers across the Nordics and revenue above DKK 2.8 billion, the 2025 annual report marks an important turning point.

In recent years, EG has completed 46 acquisitions, which are being brought together on a common operating model. That work is now reflected in the financial results: an adjusted EBITDA margin of 38.1% and recurring revenue growth of 13.6%. A refinancing in early 2026 has further strengthened the capital structure. The foundation is in place – and EG is well positioned for the next chapter: industry-specific AI agents that make a real difference in customers' daily work.

2025 marks a turning point for EG. 46 acquisitions and one common operating model now give us the strongest possible starting point for putting AI to work for our customers – and in a time when Europe needs strong technology companies, EG's role is more important than ever

Continued acquisition momentum – broader and stronger for customers

In 2025, EG strengthened its position through the acquisition of ØS Indsigt in the Danish public sector and Bright Energy, which adds AI-based energy management to EG's utility portfolio. A refinancing in early 2026 has strengthened the capital structure and released nearly DKK 2 billion for strategic acquisitions – funds that have already been put to work. In early 2026, four further businesses have been acquired: LEX247 in legal tech, Cubit in quality and asset management, and Edlevo and the HR & Payroll business from Tieto – the company's largest acquisition to date. Each acquisition brings new industry expertise and new capabilities to the benefit of EG's customers.

Today EG has everything in place for the next chapter of growth, and that gives me strong confidence in 2026. The foundation is solid, the strategy is clear, and the capital structure has been strengthened. It is from this starting point that we now put AI to work for our customers across the Nordics

AI that knows your industry

EG delivers AI that knows the industry. The AI is integrated directly into the industry-specific software customers already use, drawing on industry expertise, data, and regulatory insight from each individual sector.

The impact is already showing for customers. Doctors in general practice save 1-2 hours of administration every day, because AI automatically drafts patient notes and summarises records.

In the same way, industry-specific agents help busy construction businesses avoid missing orders, because an AI agent can now take the call and plan the work. In property administration, intelligent assistants that know the business make daily customer support significantly more efficient.

Through 2026, EG's 47,000 customers will experience AI integrated directly into their existing software – with the clear purpose of automating routine work and freeing up time for what requires professional judgement.

Our industry-specific agents already know the patient record, the order book and the case file – because industry expertise is what EG is built on. This is AI that knows your industry
