Copenhagen, 28 June 2025 - EG, a leading Nordic software company delivering vertical software for private and public customers, today published its Annual Report for 2024.
In 2024, EG continued to grow and strengthen its position as a leading provider of industry-specific and mission-critical SaaS solutions. Revenue reached DKK 2.5 billion, up 8.2%, while Recurring Revenue increased by 11.3%, representing 86.1% of total revenue.
“Despite macroeconomic challenges and geopolitical uncertainties, we have built a robust foundation for growth,” says Klaus Holse, Chair of the Board of Directors. “We expanded our market presence, completed five strategic acquisitions, and continued to invest in product innovation and our operating model thus laying the groundwork for long-term profitable growth.”
According to CEO Mikkel Bardram, 2024 marked a transformational year for EG:
“We have restructured our organisation to operate at scale and invested heavily in new software innovation and development capacity, including a global development capability in India - doubling our capacity over the past two years. These initiatives affect short-term profitability but are essential to deliver stronger margins and faster innovation in the years ahead.”
EG launched several new AI-based products and expanded across all vertical markets, supported by acquisitions such as Timma, Vigilo, Easoft, Mestro, and Zeroni.
Looking ahead, EG expects continued revenue growth of 10–15% in 2025, driven by a strong focus on recurring revenue, customer success, and operational efficiency.
