EG delivers IT-solutions to customers and process personal data on their behalf, hence we're acting as data processors. This means that we will direct data subjects to the data controller in case of any data subject requests as it is the data controller's responsibility to handle such requests. EG encourages all data subjects to reach out to the data controller directly in this regard.
