Audit Statements
As part of EG's ongoing commitment to security, compliance, and transparency, EG has yearly IT audit statements of the type ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3402 drawn up by an external auditor.
Secure e-mail to and from EG
EG can make available a secure mailbox using a secure email address with TLS encryption, which ensures tunnel encryption, i.e. secure transfer from sender to recipient.

NIS2, CER and DORA
EG is committed to ensuring the highest standards of cybersecurity and operational resilience in accordance with the EU NIS2 Directive, CER (Cyber Resilience Act) and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
EG Whistleblower Scheme
EG has a Whistleblower Scheme providing EG staff and others with a relation to EG an alternative communication channel to report certain serious, repeated or systematic errors, neglect or offensesin EG or any suspicion of such, whether committed by EG as a company or by EG staff during employment, or via an independent third party, e.g. a business partner.

Labor and human rights compliance
Specific legal requirements for EG Norway (Lov om virksomheters åpenhet og arbeid med grunnleggende menneskerettigheter og anstendige arbeidsforhold (Åpenhetsloven)) to have an annual statement on securing labor and human rights available for alle EG customers. The legal requirements concern customers to EG Norge AS/ EG Retail AS / Holte AS / Ørn Software AS / EG Checkware AS.
